Herring Arthur Jernigan David Jernigan George Linton Edmond Moon --- 1 Oct 1792 - The within mentioned lands was valued to five hundred pounds and drawed by William McKinne son of William McKinne dec'd and submitted by David Cogdell, Wm McKinne and Barnabas McKinne: No 2 By a patent granted to James Oates for 275 acres bearing date the 3d day of Feby 1754, 140 of said patent severally conveyed until it became the property of William McKinne dec'd. By patent granted to William McKinne dec'd for 400 acres bearing date the 10th of Nov'r 1779 all of the lands in said patent on the east side of Bradbury's Branch to belong to No 2 supposed to be 200 acres. By a patent granted to Andrew Waller for 183 acres bearing date the 20th of Nov'r 1739 and severally conveyed until it became the property of William McKinne dec'd. By a patent granted to Stephen Jernigan for 100 acres and by him conveyed to William McKinne dec'd. By a patent granted to William McKinne Sn'r and by him conveyed to Rich'd McKinne for 250 acres all of said patent on the south side of the road that leads up and down Neuse to belong to No 2. - supposed to be 100 acres. --- 1 Oct 1792 - The within mentioned lands was valued to five hundred pounds and drawed by Michal McKinne son of William McKinne Jun'r dec'd and submitted by David Cogdell, Wm McKinne and Ba's McKinne: No 3 By lands on the west side of Falling Creek and south side of the Beaver Dam Swamp being part of several tracts and by several conveyances to William McKinne Sn'r and by him the said William McKinne conveyed to Matthew McKinne dec'd by deed which William McKinne dec'd, Rich'd McKinne and Barney McKinne purchased from Samuel Smith and Zilpah his wife of Johnston County - supposed to be 400 acres. --- 1 Oct 1792 - The within mentioned lands was valued to five hundred pounds and drawed by David McKinne son of William McKinne Jun'r dec'd and submitted by David Cogdell, Wm McKinne and Barnaby McKinne: No 5 By a patent granted to Thomas Blount for 1,330 acres bearing date 19 Mar 1756 and severally conveyed until it became the property of William McKinne Jn'r dec'd. By a patent granted to Thomas Covington for 100 acres bearing date 10 Nov'r 1779 and by him the said Covington conveyed to William McKinne Jun'r dec'd. By a patent granted to Rich'd Bass bearing date 22 Apr 1763 for 100 acres on the east side of Falling Creek and below the long Marsh severally conveyed until it became the property of William McKinne Jun'r dec'd. By an entry of land made by William McKinne Jun'r dec'd for 60 acres joining Josiah Cox, John Edwards and his own lines which there don't appear to be a grant made out. By a patent granted to William McKinne Jun'r dec'd joining Edward Bass on Falling Creek for 50 acres also 97 acres being a part of a patent granted to William McKinne Jun'r dec'd and by him conveyed to William McKinne Jun'r that appeared by deed from the said William McKinne Sen'r to William McKinne Jun'r dec'd. --- 1 Oct 1792 - The within mentioned lands was valued to five hundred pounds and drawed by John McKinne son of William McKinne Jun'r dec'd and submitted by David Cogdell, Wm McKinne and Barnaby McKinne: No 6 - By a patent granted to William McKinne Jun'r bearing date 24 Oct 1786 for 200 acres. By a patent granted to Edward Frisby bearing date 2 Oct 1741 and by him severally conveyed until it became the property of William McKinne dec'd for 200 acres. By a patent granted to William McKinne dec'd bearing date 0 Nov'r 1779 for 400 acres all of the lands in said paent on the west side of Bradbury Branch to belong to Number one supposed to be 200 acres. --- 1 Oct 1792 - The within mentioned lands was valued to five hundred pounds and drawed by Richard McKinne son of William McKinne Jun'r dec'd and submitted by David Cogdell, Wm McKinne and Barnaby McKinne: No 9 By the lands on both sides of Stoney Creek containing 396 acres including the mills built by Frederik Herring dec'd and by the will of said Herring was sold and Fredrick Herring the son of the said Fredrick Herring dec'd became the purchaser and by him the said Fredrick conveyed to William McKinne Jun'r dec'd. By an entry of lands on Stoney Creek made by William McKinne Jun'r dec'd joining the lands the sd William McKinne Jun'r purchased from Fredrick Herring.
