Wayne County, NC - Estate, Curtis Mitchell ----¤¤¤---- In The Matters of: Minor Heirs of Curtis Mitchell The Application of WILLIAM H. EDGERTON respectfully represents, that CHARLOTTE E. MITCHELL is/are the minor child of CURTIS MITCHELL and is without a guardian: that the said minor child are entitled to personal estate to the value of Four Hundred and Five----13/100 Dollars, according to the best information and belief of applicant. TO THE END, THEREFORE, that the estate of said minor orphans may be preserved, and managed according to law, your application prays that letters of Guardianship may be issued to him or such other persons as the Court may think best, for the interest of said minor orphans.
