In The Matters of:
Minor Heirs of Curtis Mitchell
The Application of WILLIAM H. EDGERTON respectfully represents, that CHARLOTTE 
E. MITCHELL is/are the minor child of CURTIS MITCHELL and is without a guardian: 
that the said minor child are entitled to personal estate to the value of Four 
Hundred and Five----13/100 Dollars, according to the best information and belief 
of applicant.

TO THE END, THEREFORE, that the estate of said minor orphans may be preserved, 
and managed according to law, your application prays that letters of Guardianship 
may be issued to him or such other persons as the Court may think best, for the 
interest of said minor orphans.
This 26th day of November 1870.

W H EDGERTON being duly affirmed says that he is acquainted with the personal 
estate belonging to the above named child of CURTIS MITCHELL that to the best of 
his knowledge, information and belief, the value of said estate is about Four 
Hundred Five Dollars.

CHARLOTTE E MITCHELL now CHARLOTTE E RICHARDSON and of the same time exhibited a 
reciept-in full for the amount owed CHARLOTTE of the which the forgoing is her 
copy.
