William H Mitchell
vs
Chelly E Mitchell

(1) W H Mitchell, the plaintiff for complaint alleges;
That plaintiff and defendant intermarried in _______
county, North Carolina on the 24th day of December 1874.

(2) That in December 1898 the defendant separated herself from
the plaintiff and abandoned herself from the plaintiff
and abandoned him, and that they have not since said date
lived together as husband and wife.

(3) That in December 1896 the defendant committed adultery
with one J H Herring.

(4) That in December 1898 the defendant committed adultery
with one J T Edgerton.

Wherefore the plaintiff demands that the bounds of matrimony
existing between plaintiff and defendant be dissolved.
