Ordered that John C. Carraway be appointed overseer of the road leading from 
Dudley through Everittsville to the Newbern road near the railroad at D. B. 
Everitt’s plantation and the hands of J. C. Carraway, Elizabeth Carraway, John 
West, D. B. Everitt and Willis Hall and all the hands living in Everittsville 
work thereon.
