Ordered that W. J. Futrell be appointed overseer of the new road from near David 
B. Everitt’s mill to Dudley depot and the hands of W. D. Watson, W. J. Futrell 
and the hands belonging in Everittsville work thereon.

(This road would have run through Everittsville)
