State of North Carolina - To the Sheriff of Wayne County Greeting
You are hereby commanded to take the minor children of Lucy Parker and have 
them before the Justices of the Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held 
for said county at the court house in Waynesboro on the 3rd Monday in May next 
and also to summon the said Lucy Parker to appear before said court then and 
there to show cause if any she has why said minors should not be bound out to 
her and fail not & have you then and there
