Willis also died in 1818] STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA TO THE SHERIFF OF WAYNE COUNTY, GREETING: Whereas an execution issued upon a Judgement on a warrant tried before Danl Kornegay Esquire, one of the Justices of the Peace for the County of Wayne, at the suit of Salmon Strong against Joshua Daniel for the sum of Thirty four dollars & fifty one cents and Costs, which execution was returned to the Court of Pleas and Quarter-Sessions, held for the County of Wayne, at the Court House in Waynesborough, on the 3rd Monday of Nov A.D. 1823 by Everitt Joiner one of the Constables of said County - Levid on a lease of land which the deft has for four or five years it bing a part of a Tract of **land belonging to the Heirs of Mills Pipkin decd lying on South Side of Falling Creek**. These are therefore to command you the said Sheriff, thereof the Lands and Tenements of the aforesaid Joshua Daniel levied upon as aforesaid, you cause to be made the aforesaid sum of Thirty four Dollars & fifty one Cents with Int from 6 May 1823 and also the further sum of Six dollars and thirty sum cents for the costs and charges of suit, whereof the said Joshua Daniel is convicted as appears to us of record, and have you the said monies before the Justices of said Court, at the Court to be held for Wayne County, at the Court House in Waynesborough, on the 3rd Monday of August next, then and there to render the said Judg plltf his judgement and cost aforesaid.
