Ordered that Mark Keathly be appointed administrator upon the estate of Steward 
Pipkin deceased upon his entering into bond the sum of twenty two thousand 
dollars with Elisha Pipkin and Willis Pipkin securities – bond given. Ordered 
that Mark Keathly have leave to sell the perishable property of said estate and 
make report to next court.
