Ingram Rhodes Division of Lands, December 3, 1874
Book 38, pgs 85-86

To the honorable Superior Court of said county to divide and allot the lands 
belonging to the estate of Ingram Rhodes dec'd among the heirs at law of 
said dec'd. Land is in Grantham's Township on the north side of Buck Swamp 
and on the west side of the thoroughfare adjoining the lands of Moses Crow, 
Wm McClenny, the heirs of Barfield Grantham and the heirs of Christopher 
Hollomon containing by survey three hundred and seventy nine acres.

Lot No 1 - Adjacent to Grantham's corner, Barfield's corner, Hollomon's 
corner containing seventy two acres and allotted to Emily King.

Lot No 2 - Adjacent to Grantham's corner, Lot No 1 corner containing thirty 
seven and one half acres and allotted to Louisa Rhodes.

Lot No 3 - Adjacent Crow's line, Hollomon's line containing thirty four 
acres and alloted to Sarah E. Rhodes.

Lot No 4 - Adjacent Hollomon's line, corner of Lot No 3, Crow's line 
containing twenty seven and a half acres and allotted to Druzilla Rhodes.

Lot No 5 - Adjacent Hollomon's corner, corner of Lot No 6 containing seventy 
acres and allotted to Ann M. Jennett.

Lot No 6 - Adjacent Crow's corner, Lot No 7 containing sixty nine acres and 
allotted to Mary J. Grantham.

Lot No 7 - Adjacent Crow's line, McClenny's corner, corner Lot No 6 
containing sixty nine acres and allotted to John C. Rhodes.
