In obedience to an order of the County Court of Wayne issued Aug't Term 1831 we 
the subscribers have divided the land of Mary Rhodes Dec'd between the hiers of 
sd Dec'd as the above plan represents and in the following manner viz

No. 2 Drawn by William Rhodes - adj Buck Swamp, Moses Rhodes - 26a
No. 3 Drawn by Thomas Rhodes - adj Buck Swamp, William Rhodes - 26a
No. 4 Drawn by Sarah Rose - adj Buck Swamp, Thomas Rhodes - 26a
No. 5 Drawn by Drusilla Bradshaw - adj Buck Swamp, Sarah Rose - 26a
No. 6 Drawn by lawful heirs of Taylor Rhodes - adj Buck Swamp, Druscilla
      Bradshaw - 26a
No. 7 Drawn by Ingram Rhodes - adj Buck Swamp, heirs of Taylor Rhodes - 26a

In testimony whereof we the subscribers have set our hands and seals this 29th
