Written January 10, 1912

Obedient to an order of the Superior Court of Wayne County made in the 
special proceedings entitled Susan A Rose widow of Marshall Rose (her 
husband was John Wright Rose, Marshall was their son) et als against Lizzie 
Rose et al we the undersigned Commissioners appointed by the court to divide 
and allot in severalty the land described in the petition in said cause 
among the tenants in common and to lay off and set apart to Susan A Rose 
widow her dower in said lands, met upon the premises in Grantham Township on 
the 18th day of December 1911 and proceeded to make partition of the said 
lands among the said tenants in common the said Susan A Rose widow having 
entered into an agreement with the heirs at law, the particulars of which 
are set out in a paper writing duly executed by the parties of date the 18 
day of Dec 1911 by which in consideration of a certain amount of money to be 
paid to her by the heirs at law she relinquishes her right to dower in said 
lands during the continuation of said agreement and having requested us so 
to do we did not warrant or set apart to the said widow her dower in said 
lands the following is our report of our proceedings hereunder.

Lot No 1 allotted to Margaret Rose the same having been previously conveyed 
to her by the said John W Rose and wife by deed duly registered in Book 104 
and page 40 and intended as her fair share in said estate of John W Rose but 
now having been ruled out and clearly established said lot is described as 
follows:

Lot No 1 beginning at Julius Morgan's line to B B Grantham's line containing 
15 acres.

Lot No 2 allotted to Sudie Pipkin adjacent to Lot No 1 containing 8 acres. 
Also one other tract adjacent to Norhust corner containing 2 acrs.

Lot No 3 allotted to Frederick Barefoot, Mary Sue Barefoot and Clara Jane 
Barefoot jointly adjacent to B B Grantham's line, Julius Morgan line 
containing 15 1/2 acres. (children of Nazro and Clara Jane Rose Barefoot 
daughter of John and Susan Rose)

Lot No 4 allotted to Reece Bryan adjacent to Needham Crow's corner, Julius 
Morgan's line containing 13 1/2 acres.

Lot No 5 allotted to Hettie Pipkin adjacent to Julius Morgan's line, Lot No 
1, B B Grantham's line containing 11 1/2 acres.

Lot No 6 allotted to Lizzie Rose adjacent B B Grantham's line containing 15 
acres.

Lot No 7 allotted to Marshall Rose adjacent to B B Grantham's line 
containing 8 acres.

Lot No 8 allotted to Johnny McClenny adjacent to B B Grantham's line 
containing 22 acres.
