                              NOTICE

By virture of a deed of mortgage given by J.H. Sullivant & wife Milly,
and recorded February 1889, in the Recorder's Office of Wayne County
in Liber No. 59, page 453, I will proceed to sell at public outcry,
at the Court House door in Goldsboro, on the 15th day of February, 1890,
at 12 o'clock noon, all the property therein mentioned in payment of
mortgage and cost
