Wm D Cobb
Petition for cart way
Decreed
Upon the reading of the petition & hearing the evidence in this cause it is 
ordered by the court that a writ issue to the Sheriff to summon a jury of good 
and lawful men and to lay out a cart way fourteen feet wide from the lands of the 
said Francis Casey running along the line between the said Wm D Cobb and Waitman 
Thompson and upon the lands of the said Cobb to the public road leading by Spring 
Bank and to assess such damages as the said Cobb may sustain thereby and report 
to the next term of this court.
