Indenture made April 6, 1827 between Jesse Bardin and Exper Lewis both of 
Wayne, for $10 land in Wayne between Naughhuntia Swamp and Mockason Swamp 
being part of a tract he bought at his father's sale adjacent to Martha 
Herring's, E. Baskin's and Major Barden's and Exper Lewis' corner, Major 
Bardin's line, Molly Pond, my own line and containing 2 acres.
