Indenture made October 10, 1812 between Joel Bass of Sampson and John Casey of 
Wayne, for $350 land in Wayne on Thunder Swamp adjacent to Joshua Bass's 
corner, John Jones' corner, run of Thunder Swamp and containing 104 acres it 
being the said Joel's share of his father's land.
Witnesses: Jesse Bass and Jno Solis?
