Indenture made February 15, 1813 between Joshua Bass of Sampson and John 
Casey of Wayne, for $325 land in Wayne on the north side of Thunder Swamp 
being the lot that fell to me in the division of my father's land after his 
death adjacent to run of the Wolf Pit Branch, John Jones' line and 
containing 100 acres.
Witnesses: Benjamin Jernigan and Stephen Hines
