Indenture made February 11, 1813 between Andrew Bass and John McKinne both 
of Wayne, for $642.50 land in Wayne on the south side of Neuse River 
adjacent to lands of Thomas Brogden dec'd and also lands of James Bradberry 
and lands of Sarah Bass and containing 257 acres.
Witnesses: Jno Hurst and Sally W Goodman
