Indenture made November 3, 1802 between Caleb Beck and John Rhodes both of 
Wayne, for 3 pounds 11 shillings land in Wayne on Rhodes Branch adjacent to 
Rhodes own corner being the fourth corner of a patent granted to Thomas Brown 
and containing 4 3/4 acres.
Witnesses: Henry Coor and B Robin Hood
