Deed made February 11, 1888 between W B & Hepsie A Bowden and R C Fields all 
of Wayne, for $1,052.10 land in Wayne adjoining the lands of Jno D Capps and M 
C King adjacent on the north by Nick Smith's lands, on the east by James W 
Edwards' land, on the south by Jno D Capps' land and on the west by M C King's 
land containing 60 acres.
