Indenture made January 31, 1833 between Benjamin Britt and Micajah Casey both 
of Wayne, for $330 land in Wayne said land   adjacent to Hood's Swamp, 
Thompson's line, William Smith's corner, branch Arrington Newsom's corner, 
Lemuel Hills corner, run of Hood's Swamp and containing 334 acres.
