Indenture made September 9, 1816 between John Brogdon Sen'r and John Brogdon 
Jun'r to John McKinne Sen'r all of Wayne, for $2,000 land in Wayne on the 
south side of Neuse River and east side of Falling Creek adjacent to an oak 
on the run of a stream of the Cabin Branch, old Mill, Musgrave's corner, 
James Brogdon's corner, a pine his corner and containing 184 acres.
Witnesses: Jno Hurst and B Bradbury
