Indenture made February 9, 1798 between Jesse Brown and Richard Cox both of 
Wayne, for 227 pounds land in Wayne on the south side of Nawhunty adjacent 
to Myrtle Spring Branch, Benja Sherreds line, Browns old field the whole 
containing 234 acres.
