Indenture made October 20, 1809 between Josiah Brown and Willis Pipkin both 
of Wayne, for 20 pounds land in Wayne beginning on the east side of the 
Ready Branch adjacent Fred'k Holmes corner, Willis Pipkin line and 
containing 50 acres.
Witnesses: Steward Pipkin and Joseph Strickland
August Term 1810
