Indenture made August 8, 1821 between James Carraway and Frederick Herring 
both of Wayne, for $600 land in Wayne on the east side of Brooks Swamp 
adjacent to a patent to Adam Carraway dec'd for 100 acres in a pond, Rhode's 
line and containing 110 acres.
