Henry Carraway to John Carraway

Out of the special love and tender affection which I have and do
bear to my beloved son John Carraway, 140 acres of land on the south
side of Neuse River being part of a tract of 640 acres granted to
Michael Rosher as appears by patent bearing date April 2, 1739.
Beginning at David Jernigans corner to sweet gum on Carraways Creek
