Andrew Bass to John Carraway Jr.

For 80 pounds, 100 acres of land on the south side of Neuse 
River on the east side of Falling Creek below the long Mash, 
Jonathan Tarts corner, widow Cavinton corner.

Witnesses: Adam Carraway, D. Cogdell
