Kedar Hines to John Carraway Jr.

For 300 pounds, 213 acres on south side of Neuse River joining
Hines, Reynolds & Jernigans lines, beginning Hines corner,
edge of Slocumbs Marsh, Jernigans line - land I now live on 
joining Charles Holmes & Reuben Hines land - and willed to me 
by my father Robert Hines deceased.

Witnesses: Joseph Green, Benj'n Stevens, Charles Holmes
