Luke Pipkin to Elijah Carraway

For four hundred and fifty pounds, 200 acres, land on both sides 
of Falling Creek.

Also another tract joining the above, 180 acres granted to Charles
Hines by patent date 9th July 1794.

Also another tract joining the first piece, 71 acres, at a sweet gum
in the swamp, across the creek, Willis Wiggins and Arthur Parkers
corner, granted by patent to Charles Hines dated 1794.

Also another tract joining the other tracts, 97 acres, north side
of the creek, James Rhodes corner, granted to Charles Hines on 24th
Oct 1786.
