Richard McKinne to John Carraway

For 100 pounds, south side Neuse River, how own corner, near the head
of Yellow Marsh Branch, Thos Browns corner, said patent granted to 
Joseph Slocumb bearing date the 9th day of September 1785 for 50 acres.

One tract of land containing one hundred acres, near the head of the
Marsh branch, plan represents bearing date January 28, 1768 which said
patent was granted to Jesse Jernigan.
