Caleb Griffin to John Carraway

For fifty pounds specie, on the south side of Neuse River, 200 acres,
at a black jack on the Yellow Marsh, crossing the main prong of said
branch, being half of a tract of land taken up by Thomas Brown
containing 400 acres and conveyed to Isaac Langston to Caleb Griffin,
from him to John Carraway patent bearing date May 14, 1787.

Witnesses: Ezekiel Slocumb, Thomas Brown
