Willis Hines to Adam Carraway

For one hundred and eighty pounds, on the north side of Brooks Swamp,
south side of Neuse River, joining the lines of him the said Carraway,
Dempsey Griffin and Owen Hines being the place whereon the said Willis
Hines now lives, 400 acres the whole of two surveys, Noah Browns third
corner, Basses line, Carraway corner, Bentons line, being patented by 
him the said Adam Carraway and contains 200 acres dated October 27, 1786.

Second survey begins at Adam Carraways corner near Carraways Branch, two 
acres granted to Jonthan Benton by patent bearing date October 27, 1786.
