Samuel Herring to Micajah Casey

For twenty two pounds, 22 acres on south side of Neuse River
and east side of Sleepy Creek, William Jones line, said tract
being part of a patent granted to William Jones under the seal
of his Excellency Richard Caswell 30 Sep 1785 and joining said
Casey's land.
Witnesses: Benj'a Stevens, Charles King, Samuel Parker
