Indenture made April 1, 1851 between John Casey and John Scarboro both of 
Johnston, for $150 land in Wayne on the Beaverdam Branch of Falling Creek 
adjacent to Daniel Deal's corner, cross fence through the plantation, mouth of 
Watery Branch and containing 156 acres.
Witnesses: W K Raskin and W R Peacock
