Indenture made October 24, 1851 between Bryan Casey and Mathew Casey both of 
Wayne, for $266 land in Wayne on the south side of Neuse River and north 
side of the west prong of Sleepy Creek adjacent to Jas Griswold and Dr. Seth 
Andrew's corners, Bryan Casey's corner, south side of said prong of Sleepy 
Creek, Newman Potts' corner, Hatch Whitfield's corner, Andrew's line and 
containing 328 acres.
Witnesses: Micajah Lewis and Richard Casey
