Richard Casey to Josiah B. Fields

On south side Neuse River and north side of Marshy Branch bounded as follows:
beginning where the said Marshy Branch crosses the New Bern road and runs with 
said Newbern road to some pine pointers at the foot of John L. West School 
house path not far from the school house then W 84 poles to some pointers on the 
south side of sd path in a small bottom there S 4 W 100 poles, then S 47 poles to
the run of said Marshy Branch then down the run of said Marshy Branch as it 
meanders to the beginning containing 69 1/4 acres.
