Indenture made February 15, 1813 between William Casey and Zelphey Casey his 
wife and Stephen Hines all of Wayne, for 105 pounds land in Wayne all the 
title and interest which they have on claim and to the lands of possession 
of which Reuben Hines dec'd possessed at the time of his death. [no property 
description]
Witnesses: Probert Collier and John Casey
