Indenture made October 30, 1823 between Richard Casey and John Casey both of 
Wayne, for $4.50 land in Wayne and for each acre, adjacent to Steven Reaves 
old line, Kornegay's corner, through the green pond, Burwell Reaves line and 
containing 190 acres.
Witnesses: James Griswell and D Jones
