Indenture made August 17, 1830 between William Casey and James Parks both of 
Wayne, for $202 land in Wayne on the west side of the north prong of Bear 
Creek and in the fork of Bear Creek adjacent to Berry Park's corner, James 
Park's line and containing 95 1/2 acres.
