Indenture made February 19, 1838 between Wright Casey and Charlotte Casey 
his wife and William Exum all of Wayne, for $480.25 land in Wayne adjacent 
to James Exum's corner, Britt's corner, bottom between the house and mill 
and containing 61 1/2 acres, it being lot No. 2 in the division of the lands 
descended to the children of Jesse Exum from the late William Exum dec'd.
Witnesses: Wm Handly and John Exum
