Indenture made November 30, 1842 between Micajah Casey and Thomas Uzzell 
both of Wayne, for $600 land in Wayne on the north side of Neuse River on 
the south side of the west prong of Bare Creek adjacent to Taylor Smith's 
boundary on run of said creek, north side of Hay Meadow, Benj'a Hamm's 
corner, Poplar Branch, Benj'a Best line and containing 225 1/2 acres.
Witnesses: Benajah Herring and K Smith
