Indenture made February 19, 1846 between Richard Casey and John Williams 
both of Wayne in consideration of the love good will and affection which I 
have and do bear towards him the sd Williams (my son-in-law), for $81 land 
in Wayne on both sides of Ned's Branch adjacent to run of Ned's Branch, 
Matthew Casey's corner, Doe Pond, Lier Denning's line, James Jernigan's 
corner, Handy Thornton's corner, Richard Casey's corner of land he bought of 
Edmond Reaves, dividing corner between John Williams and John Casey, 
Beaverdam prong of Falling Creek and containing 721 acres.
Witnesses: Bryant Casey and Abia Herring
