Indenture made May 1, 1850 between Wright Casey and William D Cobb both of 
Wayne, for $5 land in Wayne on the south side of Neuse River and north side of 
the Great Marsh adjacent to line between Richard and Wright Casey and 
containing 34 3/4 acres.
Witnesses: John C Casey and Richard Casey
