Indenture made January 26, 1850 between Wright Casey and Richard Casey both of 
Wayne, for $1,843.75 land in Wayne on the south side of Neuse River, bank of 
river Thompson's corner, Goshen Road, Helms Branch, Cobb ditch, Big Marsh and 
containing 368 3/4 acres.
Witnesses: E Murray and Wm Bass
