Indenture made May 17, 1850 between Wright Casey and Richard Casey both of 
Wayne, for $4 land in Wayne on the south side of Neuse River and bounded by 
Wright Casey land on three sides and Richard Casey on the other side and 
containing 1 acre.
Witnesses: W D Cobb and John C Carraway
