Indenture made November 28, 1850 between Matthew Casey of Wayne and Theophilus 
L Underwood of Sampson, for $800 land in Wayne on both sides of the Beaverdam 
prong of Falling Creek adjacent to north side of Beaverdam prong and 
containing 414 1/2 acres.
Witnesses: Wright Casey and Reuben Casey
