Indenture made November 10, 1875 between Matthew & Sallie A. Casey Jr of the 
one part and Luvy Fields, Joseph Francis Fields and John Lemuel Fields of 
the second part all of Wayne, for $458 land in Wayne on the west side of 
Rice Pond Branch and east side of Goldsboro adjacent to Arthur's Branch, 
Gray's Branch, Green Pond, L H Fields lot No 1 corner containing 157 1/2 
acres.
