Indenture made November 28, 1879 between Matthew & Sally Ann Casey Jr of the 
first part and Joseph F Fields and John L Fields of the second part all of 
Wayne, for $280 land in Wayne on the west side of Rice Pond Branch and east 
side of the Goldsboro Kenansville Road adjacent to run of Gray's Branch, Green 
Pond, L H Fields's corner containing 157 acres.
