Indenture made January 7, 1831 between John Casey Sen'r and Lee Casey his son 
both of Wayne, for the love and good will I have unto my son Lee Casey land in 
Wayne on the south side of Brooks Swamp adjacent to the great path, Henry 
Revill's corner and containing 170 acres.
Witnesses: John Casey Jr and Charles Casey
