Indenture made January 10, 1788 between Richard Caswell surviving Executor of 
the last will and testament of James Oates of Dobbs County dec'd and Richard 
McKinne of Wayne, the plantation James Oates lived with 200 acres of land sold 
at public venue to Richard McKinne for 7 shillings.
Witnesses: F Beck and J Giles
