Indenture made September 29, 1847 between Henry R Cheek and William Lewis both 
of Wayne, for $600 land in Wayne on the waters of Buck Branch and adjacent to 
the south side of Little River, Ebinzer Combs corner, mouth of Myrtle Branch, 
Graddy Garris' corner and containing 305 acres.
Witnesses: Needham T Perkins and William H Ward
